Nous recueillons des avis de manière indépendante pour le compte des entreprises qui travaillent avec nous. Notre plateforme ne s’adresse qu’à des acheteurs vérifiés, vous pouvez donc être sûr que vous consultez les avis de vrais clients.

Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo ?

Seuls les clients disposant d’une preuve d’achat peuvent laisser un avis sur Feefo. Nous nous en assurons en contactant les acheteurs immédiatement après la transaction.

Comment vérifions-nous les avis ?

Nous vérifions que les avis proviennent de clients authentiques en les associant à une vente ou à une transaction. Les personnes ne sont invitées à laisser un avis qu’après avoir effectué un achat auprès de l’entreprise.

Comment traitons-nous les faux avis ?

Feefo empêche les gens de laisser de faux avis, car nous n’invitons que les acheteurs vérifiés à donner leur avis.

Well, red wigwam found a job that is nearest to me and matched my skills to it so that it can be suitable for me.

Perfect weekend job

Their website and app are extremely easy to use. The response rate on the webchat is also great. I would have preferred if they were slightly more honest about the actual work required of their staff...

Thanks for your review and comments.

We aim to pay workers the next working day after their timesheet has been approved. Obviously with public holidays etc this can sometimes be a little later.

RedWigWam don't sign off timesheets themselves, it's the hirer's responsibility :)

At RedWigWam we just facilitate the booking of the jobs between workers such as yourself and our hirers. It'd be great if you could review the service that you had at RedWigWam such as the job booking process, speed of payment etc :)

Great but no mileage payments

Good company but I think they need to pay mileage ...so lose one star for no mileage, all other FM agencies pay extra for drive time

Hi Mubeen, thanks for your review.

We don't actually set the wages, it's up to the hirers themselves. You may notice that job rates are often higher then elsewhere as mileage may already be built in.

Thanks for your reply, this is one of the reasons you have 4 stars, you guys offer an excellent service to the worker in general. In response to mileage unfortunately I have noticed the rates are not higher but actually lower and no evidence to support the statement of the mileage/travel expense being built in, hence why I have made the comment, again this is only my personal opinion and experience. I would say that everyone should give redwigwam a go and take it from there as it may work for you, but if your working with other agencies you will see exactly what I mean.
