Thank you for your review.   We are very concerned that you did not receive a notification of your purchase.   Our records show your reservation was detected as a third party credit card purchase because there was an error when entering your name.  We further show that our agent contacted you less than 30 minutes after the booking was made online and once you confirmed the correct information an invoice was sent to you the same day.   If you have additional information to provide regarding this matter please contact customer.service@redtag.ca.  Thank you again.
