Thank you for taking the time to provide a review.  Information on local fees is provided “prior” to confirming the reservation under Product Information and Additional Fees . This information is located on the email confirmation sent immediately after completing your online reservation and is also on your car voucher.

Please be assured it is never our intention to have any one of our valued clients upset.  Our rentals are lower in price as we do not include all local fees/taxes. This way our clients pay the actual costs instead of some other companies who round out the total cost to a higher dollar value at the clients’ expense.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review.  We apologize for the delay in providing you with confirmation of your families reservation.  Although there is no excuse for poor service we hope you understand that there were extenuating circumstances in having your reservation added to the Group booking.  Unfortunately the hotel had to confirm they had space available and this delayed the tour operator in sending their invoice to our agency.  I have been advised that an invoice was received on Friday and a Client Statement from our agency was sent to you on the same day.   Please feel confident, we do value your business and assure you of our very best intentions at all times.
