Very Good Customer Service so far. First time booked with Red Sea, and had to call on a couple of Occasions, but both Issues resolved, and phone answered quite quickly .

Perfect from start to tinish
Hotel perfect , wanted the most relaxing holiday and Red Sea Makadi Spa gave us this . Staff excellent , food excellent . So good we’ve already booked to come back in January 2020 . Thank you
