I'm sorry to hear this. We are very responsive to emails and reproofs go straight to our designers and are made within a day of receiving the amends, it seems the IT gremlins have been at work here. I'm also sorry if you felt one of our advisors wasn't as patient, all of the team really do care and her only intention would have been to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
