Im sorry you have had problems with your delivery,we are incredibly conscious that the courier we choose ultimately carries our reputation as well as the goods! Interlink provide an incredibly relaible fast and efficent service but as with all couriers some damages may happen. We also try to package our orders as safely as possible using double wall boxes and strong tape. Soils and coco unless on a pallet are black cling film wrapped and taped and this method usually causes no problems.
If you have problems like this with a delivery please let us know straight away so we can resolve it for you by getting the order returned to us and replacement sent.
