Shame about the transaction fee
The bride and groom only had vouchers on list so not really full assessment of site. It seemed efficient but I was disappointed to have to pay a transaction fee on top of our gift.

Hi Sue. Thanks for your feedback. We don't charge a transaction fee and 100% of your contribution does go directly to the couple. However, I can see that you have selected the optional printed gift card at check out, which means that your message will be sent to the couple in a card. Would you like me to cancel this option and refund the £3.50 charge?
