Happy with the service we had after the mistake was spotted.
There was a problem with there site, this resulted in purchasing our gift twice. This was spotted on my credit card, the refund was given to me without a problem by Prezola.

An excellent website, would definitely recommend it.
Having never used a website like this before, I was a little worried, but the whole experience was very good. I even showed it to a friend who is getting married, who thought it was a good idea too....

I believe it took a while for gifts to be given to the couple @ not all arrived in one delivery it was good to have all lots of differing shops in one place
