We do apologize for the issues with the dishwasher. There was a lengthy process for our appliance technician to try and source replacement parts, which, in the end, were not available and the entire unit had to be replaced. We are also very sorry for the confusion with the departure emails - that was human error on our part during a period of staff transitioning. We do hope to see you back again soon and that your next stay is without issue. Thank you for providing us with this very valuable feedback!

We appreciate you bringing this feedback forward and confirm that there was an issue with the heating system that has since been resolved. It is unfortunate that due to heavy work loads, we were unable to reschedule your housekeeping after you cancelled at the time that had been allotted for your service. We apologize for the inconvenience to you, however, we did attempt to deliver the service on the date noted in your arrival confirmation. We are very happy to know that overall you enjoyed your stay in Halifax and hope to have you back again!

The suite was as expected! Requests I had were dealt with promptly & well. I had visitors for a few days….maintenance supplied air mattresses for the kids ! Perhaps a hideabed would have been less...
