On very rare occassions we can sometimes experience shortages with stock for unforseen reasons such as damaged stock or for example in the unlikely event we have an excess number of orders at the same time for the same item, I must apologise we were unable to meet your requirements on this occassion, I personally responded with an e-mail to your original complaint so I hope that you received this,I can also see Parcel Force delivered on time on 13.07.12, should you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me, Kindest Regards

I never received my delivery! I preordered in good time as I was going away on holidays and arranged delivery to my friends house who was hosting the combined birthday party.
