The Website was a little difficult to navigate.
The delivery was in good time - though I did pay for a speed delivery.
A couple of the products were slightly damaged.

Everything was as described and delivery was prompt
Service was pretty poor as the products didn't arrive until after the party and I had ordered a week in advance.

I can see the delivery took place on time on Friday 20.07.12, I have e-mailed the proof of delivery across today for you, I am unsure if there may have been a delay in the box physically being passed to you by the signee?

Outfit was great but size bigger than expected. Efficient delivery.
Cannot understand why items cannot be added to existing orders, especially when the order was placed on the same day

I am afraid we do not offer the service where you can add to orders as your order is printed directly to 1 of our 3 warehouses once paid for, amongst 1000s of others.
Should you wish to place an order for any lightweight additions forgotten from the original order you may be liable for a postage discount.
