Thank you for your feedback.
I have checked and it appears that when you have originally placed the order you had ordered the incorrect size of 3-4 years, my colleague e-mailed the pre-paid postage labels to you as a goodwill gesture.
The Larger size of 5-6 years is registered under a different product code online, I have sent copies of both invoices to indicate the difference between both orders.
