I cannot see that this query has been reported to our customer services team prior to leaving feedback.
Although we do not accept confectionery/consumables back as a return in normal circumstances if there has been an error on our part we always strive to resolve it when informed.
I have sent a personal e-mail today so we can work towards a resolve on this for you.

Thank you for replying. If there had been more time to resolve the issue i may have contacted you to change what had been delivered and looking back i should have called you. I will change my rating due to your fast reply and what would have been a good response if i had have called you!

Great service. Very helpful, delivered item promptly. Was exactly as described.
I had requested the parcel to be left in the shed if I was out. The parcel was taken back and I had to travel into Belfast to pick it up. The box was handed to me upside down as the bottom was open....

I cannot see that your comments have been repotred to our customer services team prior to leaving feedback today, and we do like to rectify any rare situations where there are any faults.
I can see Royal Mail were delivering your parcel and the goods are left at the drivers discretion when follwing delivery instructions you enter online.
I have sent an e-mail with regards to the damaged goods you received.
