Security could be better, i.e. sending a passcode to a mobile number. Other than that a great company.

tried to send money from saving acc to another bank account i have it would not let me unless i filled forms in and sent them to paragon this is ****.

Nearly cancelled new acct. Should be more user friendly.....

difficulty in transfering between accounts ie between maturing acct and new acct... four attempts. Plus having to log on again twice. Very frustating....
