Thanks for your order. We can see you have ordered two items and one of the items was not eligible for Next Day Click & Collect Delivery. This information is displayed at the basket page / checkout and on the order confirmation.

Thanks for your order and your feedback. The 10% discount was only eligible against 'Sale' items. The advertising was clearly worded "10% Off Sale Items Only" The other two items you have kindly purchased were not in the Sale. Our advertising and banners clearly state which departments the vouchers / discounts can be claimed against and we are confident its not misleading. The voucher which you redeemed was called '10SALE' and the discount would not have been applied to these items in the basket page and checkout stage. The email confirmation would also not show the 10% discount being applied to these items. It would of clearly shown the 2 items are 'not' applicable for this voucher. We run regular weekly promotions where selected merchandise and categories are eligible for a discount, once a voucher is applied. Thank you again for your order and hope this explains our policy.
