Hi Vidhur,
As we see, as of today your issue has been resolved by sending you a replacement watch with the extra strap in order to compensate for such an experience with us.
We are truly sorry that you needed to go through this procedure, and more importantly that it took us some time to finalise the replacement shipment. However, once we have received the defected product, we made sure to reship the needed items.
Hope you like our watch and everything is good enough with it, and enjoying the diversity of the straps!
