As you know, as a start-up company, we are working hard to give our customers the best experience, but sometimes situations like unmatched preferences and needs occur along the way. That is why having feedback from customers like you is very precious to us. We are so sorry that we were unable to live up to your expectations.
That is why we do have a 2 weeks return and exchange policy. In case you don't like the watch, it is possible to return or exchange it with another size, colour or even model, however you prefer.
