Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. We really appreciate your review! We work every day to create as much happiness as possible and we are extremely sad when it does not happen!
To be honest, we are aware of the ‘short’ strap issue, thus in these cases, we always offer to either exchange the watch for a bigger size as its leather straps are accordingly longer, or we offer a bigger strap, whether it's the mesh or nylon version, which are longer than the regular leather straps; Alternatively, as mentioned, we been aware of such ‘error’ from our side, thus now we also offer XL version of the leather strap – yes have it! This is, of course, is covered by Nordgreen. If only you would have contacted us, all of this experience would been different :)

We will be more than happy to take that extra effort to make your experience rather great than only worth 2 stars.
