Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties with your delivery and that the fixing screws were not available when you came to assemble the table. When an order is placed, we request the following information to help ensure that delivery arrangements are suitable: Please note that your order may be palletised and, as such, this may be a kerbside delivery. Important: The driver is not insured to take away the pallet without prior arrangements. If you are unable to dispose of the pallet(s), please contact us prior to delivery. Could you please advise if there are any special instructions regarding the delivery, such as parking, entrances, time zones, etc.? The screws for attaching the tabletop are normally secured to the outer wrapping of the pallet. However, we appreciate how frustrating it is to be unable to assemble and use your table as expected. To resolve this, we have arranged for a further set of screws to be sent to you via Royal Mail. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope you will be able to enjoy your table very soon. Kind Regards Nobis Customer Services
