Your Canon RF-S 18-150mm lens was supplied as genuine UK stock and delivered successfully on Saturday 22nd November as scheduled. In this instance, the lens was provided in a Canon kit box. This is standard manufacturer practice where lenses are separated from camera kits, and it does not affect the product, warranty, or condition in any way. We’re sorry if this was unexpected. Had you contacted us at the time, we would have been more than happy to arrange an alternative presentation box or discuss this with you.
