Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you were disappointed with some elements of the cottage. We have fed these back to the local team to address.
It's always worth checking the estate's website to see what facilities there are as not everywhere has a shop, for example.
Please accept our apologies for the paper cups. Whilst not ideal, the team didn't want to close the cafe to visitors.
