Delivered on time but disappointed that they would not carry the flat packs upstairs and was happy to leave them in the lounge where children were playing.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to say the couriers will only deliver to ground floor as are not insured to take it upstairs.

My girl friend ordered the frame so I can't comment. The bad rating is to tie in with how bad the bed frame is!

Thank you for your review however I do find it strange that you say that there was no communication as we telephone all deliveries and leave a message when able if if no answer then we email to advise of delivery.
