We are sorry you feel disappointed with the service you have received so far. We replied to your email as soon as possible, which was within one working day, and shortly after you had left us a message.
Like all orders, we dispatched your labels within 4 working days from you placing it. Unfortunately (as explained in the email) the delayed delivery is not down to our lack of service but unfortunately due to the recent mail strikes and Bank Holiday, which is also disappointing for us.
Again, we apologise for the delays you are experiencing and understand how disappointing it is when items are not delivered within expected time frames. At this moment in time we have to wait for the full 3 weeks since the items were posted to see if Royal Mail deliver your items or return them to us before we can escalate the issue further.
