Had to buy replacement straws myself as customer service would only replace 1 straw when I had 2 cups with faulty straws (bought as a bundle on amazon). I bought 2 more which have also gone faulty...

Delivery was quick but the box arrived open at one end and was all squashed but luckily all products were intact.
