I did not collect the suit as my event was postponed. I emailed Moss Bros to ask about cancelling the order and they ignored me. Poor service. Disappointed.

Although I had proof two cancellation emails were sent Moss Bros did have a record of them. They agreed to refund the order anyway. Thanks!

Staff attitude and attention was excellent. great experience.
Ordered on line asked for a store pick up. Eveything was delivered on time and the store also called me on the morning to confirm the suit was available to pick up.
Service was good but store was closed when I wanted to drop off, it opened 15 mins late which made me late for work.
