Hi, i do apolagise for the missing ice packs with your order, the breast joints were all vacuum packed so the joint would have remained fresh if kept in the fridge until cooking. However i totally understand your apprehension over the ice packs and hope that this did not spoil your Christmas. I will send you an email directly to discuss a refund. Rob
