Great service When I seen the chat button at the bottom of screen was thinking we would spend days waiting to a reply etc BUT within 10min we had spoken about the holiday in mind and 5min later...

The booking process is very efficient & even when I needed to amend one of the arrangements there was no problem & my new booking form was emailed to me by the next working day.

Superb caravan....excellent quality at an amazingly low price.
First class experience. Everything was exactly as they described. I would definitely come to this site (Bude) again.

shame about caravan view. still a building site. Nice bar and pool
The site is currently still being built and so looks more like a work site and very muddy, car got filthy. The view from the caravan is very disappapointing and onto massive gas containers and solar...

Hello Thanks for your review. We have already discussed all these points with you via the booking Channel and as we said we would we have taken your comments up with the Park directly. All the caravans are brand new at Newperran so understandably there will be teething issues with newness of doors etc. I do hope you asked the maintenance team at Reception to help you sort this out during your stay.
