Comme échangé par téléphone ce mardi, il est extrêmement rare de voir une candidate quitter son nouvel emploi après seulement 48h. Je comprends donc votre frustration qui est également la nôtre.
Chez Michael Page, l’ensemble de nos consultants s’attache à rencontrer en face à face les candidats proposés et effectue des prise de référence pour minimiser les risques.
C’est pourquoi vous avez eu la chance jusqu’ici de rencontrer 2 candidats de qualité pour lesquels vous avez fait, dans les 2 cas, des offres d’emploi. La compétition entre les potentiels employeurs est en revanche un élément bien réel sur le marché quebecois de la construction face à la pénurie de main d’œuvre.
Je suis néanmoins confiant que nous pourrons ensemble finaliser ces recrutements dans les plus brefs délais.
