Thank you for your feedback which we really appreciate and monitor closely in order to evaluate the service levels that we provide. I am sorry that in this instance you felt our service did not meet the high expectations we both expect and I have shared your comments with the team for training purposes. Having investigated your booking process thoroughly I can confirm that a corrected email was sent to you showing the Milan flights rather than Malta and I can only apologise for this initial oversight. With regards to your visit to the office, in this modern day travel enquiries are taken from a variety of mediums, Live chat, Twitter, Facebook and email,  so whilst the office may have appeared quiet I am confident that the other staff members were engaged in enquiries via other channels. I have however spoken to the team to remind them that every holiday is special and it is part of our job to create that magic with every holiday. I do hope that you will give us the opportunity to help you with your future travel plans to demonstrate  the high level of service and professionalism that we are renowned for. I would like to assure you of my personal attention should you allow us to look at something else for you, so do please let me know if and when you are planning something and I can assign one of our senior advisers to look after you and oversee the whole process.
