We appreciate you highlighting the areas where more information in advance would have been helpful. It's great to know that the shuttle in Les Contamines was easy to navigate, but I'm sorry to hear about the challenges with the shuttle in Les Chapieux. We'll make sure to improve our communication regarding shuttle schedules and fees to help future travelers avoid similar delays.
Regarding the meals, I apologize for the confusion in Courmayeur. We’ll review how this information is presented to ensure it’s clearer and more accessible. Additionally, I understand that knowing the check-in time for Hotel de Prieur in advance would have been useful. We'll work on making these details more visible in our materials.
