Many thanks for your comments following your tailor made Isle of Skye Adventure, this is most appreciated. We value all feedback as it allows us to move forward to recity any issues and I am most thankful to you for taking the time to write. I am sorry to hear that you were initially subjected to an overcharge and am pleased that this was rectified. I am most concerned that you found certain accommodations did not meet your expectations as we are most careful to only utilise preferred properties which have proven attractive to past clients and which have received good reviews. Indeed, I note that the property in which you stayed 2 nights is very highly rated by past clients (indeed 37 good/excellent reviews out of a possible 39 on a noted review site) However, standards can change and I shall take all your comments on board in order to assess the suitability of certain accommodations. With regard to the baggage, in our pre departure information we do actually state that the arrival of bags is never guaranteed prior to 16:00. However, I understand that when you are wet (not uncommon in Scotland!), it is nice to change into warm clothes. I hope that this did not mar your overall enjoyment of this most wonderful of locations.
