The driver was very late in arriving because he went to the wrong pick up point.

The driver went to the correct address on his paperwork so we apologise about the administrative error. We attempted to contact the phone number provided when the driver advised that the group was not waiting where he attempted to pick up, but there was no answer. We hope that you were satisfied with all other elements of your travel and hope to see you again soon. Thank you.
Very easy to book the coach. Helpful and friendly over the phone. Reasonably priced and accommodated all our requirements. What's not to like! I would highly recommend Lucketts and wont hesitate...
