The mats don’t fit the lugs on my car, even though they say for an Audi A1, we checked model and year and they said they would fit but they don’t. Fit completely

All mats are custom made to order, and as much as we try to carefully check all items prior to dispatch, sometimes small mistakes can happen and are very occasionally missed. Hi,
Sorry to hear that the mats are not fitting as they should.
We took the shape from an original Audi set, so they should be fitting perfectly.
If you could email some pictures of the issues you are having over to sales@logocarmats.co.uk then I will be happy to look in to this and resolve it for you.
