Site very easy to understand
Booking was effortless. This is the second time I have booked through LEGOLAND holidays. Had problem with phoning to rectify a mistake that I had made. Took 3 phone calls. Was sorted eventually.

Legoland hotel booking
Recently booked a stay at the legoland hotel, tried to do this via the website first of. Which wouldn't work. Ended up I had to ring them and book but the customer service I recieved was brilliant....

Costly tel bill
I couldn't pay online and it took 6 attempts and a costly tel bill to get it sorted. Hopefully I'll enjoy my stay on the 5th May.

Im not too sure why you where not able to process a booking online - this could have been down to a number of reasons.
