Poor service use a different firm

Very slow, made calls as requested and stood waiting around for an additional 15 minutes and then on the return I gave an hour notice on landing called after baggage collection and still waited...

As close to a scam as you get

Terrible service - they broke my windscreen and failed to tell me. Then when I pointed it out they told me it’s not their fault and they terms of service don’t cover windscreen damage
