Very sorry you are not pleased with our service. The fitters are part of the team. The parts are all made to order and we invoice them separately from the fitting. This invoice is due on delivery of the product and the fitting on completion of the work. We did send the invoice receipt on 28th October sorry you did not get it. Thank you for your business,
