I am very disappointed, I wrote to the company but had no response.
I had to order a second roll, hung it and the shade is totally different, I asked for a refund or the correct serial number sent...

Unfortunately, we have received nothing from you. According to your order history, you ordered one roll and a couple of weeks later you ordered a second roll. At no point did you request a specific batch of wallpaper and if the batch is different to your original order, then this will be the reason for the shading. Both orders were sent to you direct from the distributors Galerie and I can only assume this is where you have sent a letter of complaint. I will message you directly with our contact details should you wish to discuss the matter further.

Delivery reasonable but refusal to take back a mistaken order - costing me £50 just because I was on holiday and not able to return it immediately ridiculous and upsetting

Thank you for your feedback. Like all companies we do have a returns policy and unfortunately was unable to accept the return as it was out of timescale. I can see from your order history that you went on to order a further roll of the same product and do hope that you are enjoying this beautiful Woodland wallpaper design.
