Dear Richard Thank you for your feedback. and we are sorry that this has not met your expectations. The last contact we had with you was 6 weeks after your operation at your follow up appointment apart from a call in early October . We have not been made aware of any issues from either you or your physio to date since then. Hugely experienced. Far better than the old consultants that are still around. Had a full knee replacement and wow feel a new person.
