Hi,
Thank you for leaving us a review!
We have looked into your review further to try to understand what has happened. It seems that your order was delivered via our own JDP vehicles rather than a third party carrier service, also we looked into the drivers paperwork and they also had your delivery address. So we are a little confused! Sometimes our drivers do call our customers in case they are struggling to find the address or a little lost. They try and get some help so we can ensure we deliver all customers orders as swiftly as possible!
If you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the sales office on 01228 587900. We hope your project all went well and if you need us in the future please feel free to contact us!
Kind Regards
Fleur
