We offer different levels of cover so that you can pick a level that you feel best fits your needs.

At present you have purchased our Standard Cover. If you were to increase cover by upgrading to a Super or Premier policy, you would find that for the sections described (Baggage and Loss of Passport & Travel Documents), you would have increased Cover Limits and reduced Excess amounts. 

If you would like to upgrade your policy to extend cover, Customer Services will be happy to help! The team can be contacted by phoning 01483 806 668 or emailing info@insuratrip.com (Opening Times: 09.00am-5.30pm).

We've had a look at your policy and it seems that you did select a Single Family Option and also to add the Optional Winter Sports Activities to your policy.

If you would like to remove the Winter Sports Option, please contact the Customer Services team who will promptly amend your policy, either by calling 01483 806 668 or emailing info@insuratrip.com (Opening Times: 09.00am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri).
