We are pleased to learn that the itinerary struck such a fine balance between historic monuments, museums, landscapes and small-group cultural encounters with local people, and that the tour proved so informative and rich in history and culture. It is particularly encouraging to hear that the organisation and professionalism of your Travel Director, together with your Coach Driver's skill on both medieval streets and major roads, made each day so interesting and memorable. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the tour. We are pleased to learn that your Travel Director was so knowledgeable and attentive to the whole group, and that the itinerary met your wish to see New England. We will ensure that your kind words are passed on to him. We were sorry to read that the timing of the departure meant the autumn colours had not yet reached their peak. We recognise that the foliage is a central part of the appeal of this journey, and that its progress depends on weather conditions which cannot be predicted with certainty. We will share your observation with our Operations Department so that the timing of departures can be reviewed. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thorough and generous account of your journey through Spain and Portugal. We are pleased to learn that the standard of the hotels, the breakfast rooms and the informative Local Guides made such a favourable impression, and that you felt so well cared for throughout. It is also encouraging to hear that the lunch stops were easy to navigate and that the personal stories shared by your Travel Director added to your enjoyment. We also appreciate your candid comments on the firmness of the beds at one of the hotels and on the final day's itinerary.
