Not good and I would not recommend this company to others.

I was disappointed to be subjected to a series of advertising pamphlets after I had already made my choice of the arrangement I required. Such information was not requested and very badly upset...

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear you have received a number of pamphlets but I would like to reassure you that they did not come from us. The only information we sent was an email with a copy of the brochure you requested which you subsequently used to apply for the plan. Our only other correspondence was to return your call, as requested by you. We would of course be happy to supply you with any copies of the email we sent and the call recording.
