Hi, Angela thank you very much for your orders, I do apologise you have not received them. I have tracked both your order which were sent out the day you purchased on the 22nd November and the tracking on the delivery says they were delivered and signed for on the 23rd November at 1.42 Pm. I will launch an investigation with the courier to see where the driver has delivered them to hopefully it will be with a neighbour. Please do not worry we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
