Hello

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for the disappointment caused due to your item not being delivered as arranged.

As discussed with myself I have arranged for this to be delivered to you on Wednesday and I have expressed how important that this is delivered as arrange with the driver. Due to the bad weather I think this just delayed some shipments by a few days which I know is frustrating.

Thank you & please accept my sincere apologies

Hello

I am terribly sorry for the confusion caused! I can see an email was sent out to you but perhaps this landed in your junk mail as I know this has happened before, we did not issue a refund right away as we did not want to cancel the order with us offering an alternative mirror.

I can see your refund has now been issued as per your request.

If you need anything else then please do not hesitate to give us a call or email.

Thank you

Kirsty
