We sincerely apologise for the non receipt of the documents. Unfortunately, during transfer of the booking to the admin system the email address was noted as a .co.uk rather than a .com which resulted in the delay. We obviously cannot comment on any previous booking, but do trust that your forthcoming holiday will progress without any further issues
