Thank you for your very positive comments. Unfortunately our website is not live and is fed directly from our suppliers. This does sometimes lead to a 'lag' in the pricing and it is, unfortunately, a situation over which we have no control.

Thank you for your comments. Once a booking is made the information is downloaded to our admin system overnight and therefore the full booking confirmation is only sent 24 hours later. We apologise if this was not clarified on booking.

We are aware of some of the negative reviews but would point out that on some websites this has been proven that the contributors have never used our services and are false. We rely on reputable review sites such as Feefo and Review Centre which provide proof that all reviews are by our own clients and you will note that we have a very high satisfaction rate.
