The problem was resolved by telephone - the flights were for 7 May - but accommodation was booked from 6 May - now resolved

Service not as good as I would like - am told problem solved - but as yet no e-mail provided with correct dates, nor accommodation voucher sent - even though I was informed that this would be done within 24 hours!

Should we not be able to honour the online costs you may cancel the order with no financial penalty. However, we have noted that you proceeded with the booking which, despite the increase, still gave you good value. We trust that the holiday will give you much enjoyment !
