You say you refunded me on 18th my bank has assured me no payments have been made, I got a phone call saying it was refunded to a MasterCard , however I do not have a master card, no one is calling me back to help me with my refund and the calls are 10p a min and you all say you are professional ??? What is professional about having this conversation online
