The initial request was included in the booking confirmation sent on 06 February. This is an automatic computer generated email and we apologise if there was any omission, however our records indicate otherwise. We then sent another request on the same day and again on the 11 March. As we are restricted by the airline as to check in time limits, the details were received 3 days prior to check in and you will now be in possession of your boarding passes. We trust that you have a wonderful holiday.

Sorry to be complaining again - could be that I 'lost' the part of your e-mail
containing passport detail request. Sorry if my fault.
Sorry - another problem - on arriving at the very good hotel we were offered a
room with a double bed when I had ordered a twin- bedded room. My friend and I go back many years but have never shared a bed. The hotel did offer us a much
larger room with a huge bed that we did eventually share - but not ideal.
Loved Barcelona.
