We are most disappointed to lose a loyal client and have noted your comments. However, you are aware that the website is not live and subject to change on confirmation. We do not use only airlines, but suppliers and brokers and this is actually stated in our terms and conditions so our clients are aware of the process which we use. By booking your flights and hotels seperately your holiday is now not fully protected under the ATOL licence and we trust that you are aware of this. That said, we do trust that your holiday will proceed without further issue and despite the issues raised on this forum that we may welcome you back in the future.
